Want to be in the top 1 percent? You clicked the right page. Here are the requirements along with the link to apply. We accept applications each semester. Our total membership may include up to, but no more than, 1% of the total residence hall population, or 55 members, whichever is larger:

1. Shall have resided in student housing for at least two semesters, including the semester of selection
2. Shall be a student in good standing with the university and shall have a minimum 3.0 GPA
3. Shall have demonstrated outstanding service and leadership in student housing at East Carolina University
4. Shall be a full time student, graduate or undergraduate, at East Carolina University
