History:
Named for Sallie Southhall Cotten, a writer, poetess and civic leader, Cotten Hall opened in 1926 in the Central Neighborhood. Many of the rooms overlook ECU’s Trustee Fountain. Room and window sizes in this hall vary, due to the historic nature of the hall.
